Products Introduction

The NS type dehydrator is a sludge dehydration system that fully demonstrates its effectiveness as a dehydrator by separating the thickener and dehydrator sections.

The thickener section requires feature to separate large amounts of water in a short time and here a drum-type thickener is used to great effect. This results, a screw press dehydrator that dehydrates thickened sludge can obtain high performance in a small, simple mechanism.

The NS type dehydrator is suitable for dehydrating excess sludge, coagulated sludge, and flotation-separation scum produced by the waste water treatment facilities of food and chemical factories.
